Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on 7 December 7 1963, in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a household of faith, surrounded by his loving and dedicated parents. He is the eldest child of elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was a pioneer of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of the Oyakhilome families. COFI’s umbrella encompasses the InnerCity Mission ICM (ICM) and the Volunteer Medical Corps VMC (VMC), Trauma Care International Foundation /TCIF, Future Africa Leaders Foundation and the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations works to improve the lives of people, health, spirits, and well-being.

The charity also provides food for children in need. Pastor Chris believes in empowering communities by establishing COFI and The InnerCity Mission. He encourages responsible governance, good governance leadership and sustainable development across Africa and other parts of the globe as per the Sustainable Development Goals.
